Mark will not carry out any work which may impact the cost of a project without prior consultation and agreement from you. You can even get regular photograph updates to show you his progress.

M.C.L Maconnerie Generale has been established by Mark Lamb. He has lived in France for over 14 years and understands the need for a reliable, trustworthy tradesman who can work within the community.
Having carried out many personal renovation projects Mark understands the need to stick to budgets and problem solve during a project.

We arranged to meet with Mark at our house and from the outset, it was clear that he was the man we wanted to do the work. He gave us all the time we needed to discuss our plans and he spent a couple of hours with us really understanding the house and the vision for it moving forward. Mark took us to see properties that he had worked on and meet with some of his existing clients and the standard reassured us we had made the right decision.
As soon as worked started, we were kept up to date with regular photos, copies of all receipts and provided with sound advice when we were not entirely sure on our plans. We are absolutely delighted with the work Mark has done so far and we wouldn’t consider using anybody else.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Mark, we trust him implicitly and it’s wonderful to know that our house is in safe hands until we move to France permanently.
